Tom came up to the island today and the inwale was fit and bolted into place.
We fit the bow end first.
Then fit the stern end.
Tom did some beautiful fine tuning at the transom.
One we had a good fit we drilled the holes and placed the carriage bolts. -52 of them.
The boat is looking pretty sturdy with the gunwale complete.
Tom grinds the extra length off of the carriage bolts at the bow.
