Practice Boat

The ScumBum I -a stitch and glue wherry was a good warm up for the Capella.

The ScumBum I is about 22 feet long and very lightweight.  She's fast and graceful but a challenge in a side wind.  She draws the perfect amount of water to catch and surf the shallow tidal waves of Useless Bay.
